20 ans plus tard avec l’apparition de ce foutu Covid 19, c’est la pyramide de Maslow qui en prend un coup.
Est-ce qu’on est toujours en haut de la pyramide avec cette attente de réalisation de soi, ou est-on retombé à la base avec la simple subvention aux besoins physiologiques fondamentaux ?
Du coup, je revoie ma contribution aux besoins de Maslow !
Adieu boulot – métro – dodo
Quand on sortira tous de ce foutu bordel, il faudra toujours privilégier le bien-être au travail,
la collaboration, l’humain au coeur des organisations.
Oui toujours plus !!
Permettre à chacun flexibilité, changement, créativité et s’il vous plaît un peu de gaieté
Mais aussi, et particulièrement dans un premier temps,
il faut épauler les entreprises car pour qu’elles puissent former, accompagner leurs collaborateurs
elles vont avoir besoin d’un second souffle
Un putain de sacré coup de pouce !
Alors je me suis rappelée ce jour où j’ai voulu être « docteur des entreprises »
Pour certains, il n’y aucun doute concernant leur vocation.
Elle sera dans la médecine ou l’éducation.
Pour d’autres, l’organisation des entreprises, leur fonctionnement complexe, les process, les facteurs humains. D’un tout autre genre, une vocation.
Rendre l’entreprise plus humaine, et donc plus performante.

Alors en pleine crise de 2001 où le monde s’écroulait déjà sous nos yeux
j’avais plongé au coeur des organisations, senti le pouls du terrain, vibré avec les équipes
Soigner, panser, épauler, donner de l’oxygène et de l’espoir, et offrir un nouveau souffle, telle était ma mission !
Une mission qui 20 ans plus tard reprend encore plus son sens
Entrepreneuse militante, j’ai donc envie plus que jamais de me battre pour la santé économique de la France
L’entreprise crée des richesses et restera toujours un lieu de partage
Mais les dirigeants des Tpe et Pme sont souvent seuls, face à leurs questions, leurs choix
Et encore plus dans cette période sombre, qui peut malheureusement faire l’effet d’un très long tunnel
Un tunnel en cours de construction, long comme le Grand Paris
mais … où est donc la sortie ?
Pour les dirigeants de ces très petites entreprises, et Pme, chaque décision aujourd’hui plus que jamais va impacter l’avenir.
L’emploi, les collaborateurs, de nombreuses familles
Un pilote semble bien seul aux manettes de son avion
Mais dans la réalité il n’est pas si seul que cela : co-pilote, équipage, tour de contrôle, équipe de maintenance, sans parler de toutes les commandes de navigation
Aujourd’hui, vous non plus dirigeants de Tpe et Pme n’êtes pas seuls, acceptez les modestes coup de main
Bras droit, experts-comptables, juristes, financiers, et autres consultants sont là.
Ils interviennent sur des domaines spécifiques, sont d’une aide précieuse en ces temps flou
Une sorte de boussole dans un environnement volatile,
L’essentiel pour s’y retrouver étant d’intégrer une démarche globale
Intégrale
Ne pas se considérer comme un missile
Inclure justement toutes les dimensions : internes, externes, humaines, organisationnelles …
Voir même à ce stade critique, philosophiques et spirituelles
La croissance est un vecteur, elle a besoin à la fois de direction et de vitesse
pour être juste, éviter les pièges et les trous d’air
Ensemble nous allons traverser les turbulences, remettre un masque à oxygène faire des escales et surtout atteindre la destination !
A mon tour je remets ma blouse, aidons ces dirigeants sur qui le futur économique de notre pays repose.
Oui tous ensemble on va gérer cette situation
